About time For One of This type of Questions?

Its been a while since I've seen these type of questions, obviously if no one answers - its cause they've all been done a million times already!

    1. Best car to pick up a hot date, and go for a wild weekend in Europe (need luggage space, looks cool without being OTT)

    2. Best car to pick up 6 children and take them on an outing (need 7 seats, must be fun to drive - without making them feel sick!)

    3. Best car to take you and a few mates on a 150 mile journey, to watch your favourite sports team play away (Big with 4 seats, motorway cruiser)

    4. Best car to drive to South Africa, (tough, but inconspicuous - possibility of car jacking! Surprisingly (maybe) for must of the journey you won't need an off road car.)

    5. Best car to drive you and a couple of mates to a track day at your local racing circuit, have a great blast around, and still be working to drive you home. (must sit 3 adults, No Porsche 911, Nissan Skyline, Scooby or Mitsubishi Evo answers - that removes most of the obvious suggestions to try to keep this fairly interesting?)

    My answers:
    1. Aston Martin DB9
    2. Audi A6 Avant Quattro
    3. Audi S8
    4. Peugeot 505 Estate (2.2 GTi) - I lived in Africa once - its amazing the roads that these still managed to drive on!
    5. TVR will obviously breakdown, Noble - not enough seats, oh - BMW M3 CSL (is that another obvious answer that should be banned?)

Re: About time For One of This type of Questions?

    1) Aston Martin DBS (new one)
    2) Merc E63 AMG estate with the extra seats in the boot
    3) Maybach 62
    4) Toyota Landcruiser
    5) McLaren F1 - seats 3...

I'm sure an Audi RS4 and BMW M5 will feature in some/all of the below answers. I would normally choose these too, but they don't quite meet the exact questions asked.

Re: About time For One of This type of Questions?

    1. I'd second a DB9
    2. Something like a C4 Picasso would probably be more fun for most children
    3. Mercedes CLS - comfy and stylish
    4. An old Merc
    5. Lotus Carlton (just to be different, don't wanna go for obvious things plus they are old, I wouldn't wanna trash a new car too much)
Tough on mirrors, tough on the causes of mirrors.

    2) 7 seats.. fun to drive and 6 children... Ill walk, thanks.

    3) my 9000

    5) another flawed question, why go round a track with 2 passengers? and also why be a passenger going round a track, if you have your own car

    1) Lamborghini Jalpa
    2) Zafira GSi Turbo (if you never have, you've never lived to be scared)
    3) Saab 95 Aero with full Hirsch 300bhp kit. Quite amazing, awesome comfort and fast as hell. Massive boot for the cooler box, and the beer. Amd more comfortable than yuo would ever guess. Aircon seats anyone?
    4) Peugeot 504 Family Estate. (the predecessor to your 505 GTi)
    5) One massive Camper Van, with 3 Formula Ford single seaters on a trailer
