Nice choice
Get those pics up!
I hate 99% of diesels but.....
Drive a 330d. Then let us know what you think.
I think he's having too much fun with his right foot to be taking photographs.
Have you got the instantaneous MPG readout into single figures yet?
Dad's 523i he had a few years ago used to dip into single figures quite readily (was good fun getting it to do so though). So much so the Boxster he got to replace it does a better average MPG...wierd huh?
I have heard lots of good things about the 330 diesel, but I’m not quite ready for derv just yet.
I have had 18mpg when giving her a squeeze but I’m still averaging 31.2mpg overall for last 2 tanks. As for single figures, I think I’m just too scared to try atm 2nd gear still scares the s…. out of me
Had the DSC light on 5 times now, best one was on the exit toll booth of the Dartford crossing, ~15 lanes merge into 3 and everyone bolts out of the gates, I had the DSC light on all the way through 1st and 2nd then I had to grow up, its funny hitting NSL in 2nd
Shes silver. I'll try to get some pics up 2moro.
She so pretty
Found some snaps on my phone so exuse the quality.
Isn't she a doll.
Looks nicely spec'd - what options has it got?
Always a shame to see BMWs where they paid the extra for the leather etc but didn't pay the extra for a switch to be able to turn the fog lights off - JK !
But seriously, VERY nice motor, my 1-series is my first taste of BMW-dom and I gotta say i'm lovin it, never would have chosen it in a million years but now i'm considering a 3-series to replace it
Is the stereo good with the HK upgrade ?

Black heated leather seats
Electric folding mirrors

Done 78k (I plan to take her up to 150k if she can handle it)
I have found the off switch for the fog lights
The HK is far better than the standard speakers, but i suppose it all depends on how fussy you are about your sounds - me being quite fussy.
Very nice motor, especially with the kind of driving you intend to do.
I hope you make the 150k with ease!
