It's got only got 2 doors (as seen in the previous picture)

and there's the boot (it's not a hatch, cos there umm no hatch..), it fits your description of a coupe..

In fact Aston Martin class it as a coupe (http://www.astonmartin.com/db7_specs_base.html), so I think it's safe to say that it's a coupe

oooops... i stand corrected.... i thought the boot window opened with it... never taken much notice of Aston Martins before to be honest... A glamorous Ford.

Plenty of other cars in here that aren't coupe's though!

Has to be said, I've a soft spot for the old 216/220 coupe.

My mate had the jap engined 216 and it was ace.

Looks best in Tahiti Blue and proper Coupe looks too

Well yeah, but if you take that line, but most of the car "brands" are either Ford's, Vauxhalls (GM), Volkswagons, or Chryslers or Fiats..

Hell even the Lotus is a Proton(!)

Would love one of these, could probably buy and insure one, but couldn't afford the running costs

I think with the Megane you mean the body style is a proper coupe, not the performance of the car

gobbo, you are being very dangerous, hehe. Any yes an Aston maybe a "glorified Ford" but it';s still a damn sexy car even if Fix Or Repair Daily do own it.

this where XTR's point falls foul of lots of cars.

A Coupe SHOULD have only two doors and not be a hatch...but the Calibra wasa coupe...and it was a hatch

sadly for it's rigidity it had a bloody great big hatch

I think XTR's post was to try and convince us all he does actually drive a coupe, rather than a french hairdresses car

I know most of the Nissan Z coupes have hatchback style lids rather than the saloon style coupe lid.
