    Which Coupe? 56k beware

    Ok, so far, we've had

    a) What car would you have for £50k
    b) What car would you have for £500
    c) What Hot Hatch would you have

    Now, its time for coupes

They're supposed to be available from March in the UK, but I'd get an order in sharpish if he wants one as there's likely to be a very limited supply.

When we got the Z4 it was released in June last year, we went to the garage they quoted delivery Jun 04 (12 month wait!!!!) and so I rang round, found a cancelled order (at my local dealership! (parents were living in Newcastle at the time, Car in Coventry)) and we picked the car up 5 days later heh

will prolly do the same with the Alfa, but knowing my dad he won't part company with the Beemer either, typical.

is it me or do some people have more money than sense.
"The less you eat, drink and buy books; the less you go to the theatre, the dance hall, the public house; the less you think, love, theorise, sing, paint, fence, etc., the more you save – the greater becomes your treasure which neither moths nor rust will devour – your capital. The less you are, the less you express your own life, the more you have, the greater is your alienated life, the greater is the store of your estranged being." Karl Marx

This thread is for us to post pics of Coupes that we like, and would like to own. We aren't discussing other peoples cars, or there money, merely their choices of coupes. Nuff said.

For me, it would be an RX-8, 406 coupe (i still love their design) and a Triumph Vitesse

Of Course people have more money than sense, if we had any sense, we'd save it, but that's what makes living fun

And anyway, I ain't got no money, well, not for a nice new Coupe anyway, but I can dream, can't I?

Does a Morgan count as a Coupe? If so, one of those please, old style, I love those things

Jaguar E-Type gotta be, maybe old, but oh my god, they are so beautiful, it is (I believe) the only car in the New York Museum of Art, yay. My pick of the E-Types would have to be the Eagle E-Type, basically Eagle are a company who buy up E-Types and modify them (they still look the same) but get new interiors and abs etc to make them nice and safe, lovely.

I think we need to illustrate what a Coupé is!

    Coupé, A closed two-door automobile.

2 Doors... that means it is not a hatchback.

    A proper coupé.

DB7 isnt a coupe... its got a bloody boot... its basically a hatchback... but i'd class it as a sportscar. It's NOT a Coupé
