well, invariably the people who decide this stuff have their own interests. I think some1 in our local council has shares in the company that makes traffic lights.
may sound stupid, but i see them popping up all over mostly unnessecary and where they should be implemented and have been they have got the timings wrong.... most irritating thing to be sat there as litterally no traffic goes anywhere and ever1 is just sat waiting for the light. also pelican crossings, any1 else just wish we just had more zebra crossings?
