    Holden Honda, Norwich.

Quick bit of background - car started making some interesting noises on the 23rd, typically just as we head into Christmas

AA guy couldn't identify it, so needed to go into Honda. Only problem was this was half 9 in the evening on the 23rd.

So, arrived at Holden Honda at 8am on the 24th, skeleton staff in, with cap in hand to see if they could possibly see what was wrong with my car.

If I'm honest, they exceeded every expectation. From running me into work (I was working right up until 5) to having my car ready for collection at 1. Their technician must have dropped everything to squeeze me in (work on their courtesy cars I think was the idea/agenda planned) to make sure I was able to head home (120+ miles each way) for Christmas without any troubles. 3 hours of work later, they had identified (and cured, if only temporarily) the problem.

As a result, I'd just like to say thanks, and a (belated) Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the guys at Holden Honda, Norwich. Dealers seem to be getting a fair bit of stick at the moment, but these guys are top notch.

It wasn't a big choir of people following you around making car noises?

Sadly, the prices of Jeep parts from mean I've no 1st hand experience of their service. But, it has to be said, there can't be a dealer any worse than Busseys!

    Re: Holden Honda, Norwich.

Fuel Injectors on cylinders 2 and 4 were leaking oil in and exhaust gasses out, so making a bit of a racket as a result.

Guy spent 3 hours getting them stripped down and new seals put on them, but it has still got to go back for a permanent fix I've been told. New injectors perhaps?
