Not unless the person driving can drive a car without tax / MOT. A family friend who owns a garage can drive cars without tax / MOT for instance...
Thats as far as I know it anyways!
you need to use TRADE PLATES.....each main dealer owns some...red and white.....and a tax TRIANGLE built in (ie its not round its triangular)
