    Don't worry about that one....turbos can (and probably do) actually increase efficiency- they're taking energy out of the exhaust gas that would otherwise be wasted and using it to pump mixture into the cylinders, which reduces the "pumping loss" that you'd otherwise suffer from on part throttle.
