Recommend a 400

Hi guys,
I am soon to be 17 and and wanting to buy a 400cc motorcycle.
Been looking at rvf's which seem nice.
Please suggest good bikes.

What's your budget?

Also you should bear in mind that as a 17 year old you will be restricted to a 33bhp bike for two years after passing your test. So you'd have to get a restriction kit if you bought a sports 400.
