How to cure superficial scratches on car paintwork

    Hi,
Ive seen the thread below but being a rank amateur at this sort of thing I was wondering what to do about some scratches and general light scratching on the paintwork of my car, its an Avensis SE so nothing great car wise but Id like to sort the scratches. Should I try and use T cut like suggested by Zak or is there a good way to clean up the used look on the paintwork?
    Any suggestions would be great
