When you get told "We don't want your sort" by an owners club I instantly lose all respect for them. Great for all the 172/182 owners, but there's more to it than that. No offense to the CS lads, many of them are great but those who run the show are too far up their backsides to realise there's more to life than being elitist...

If he wants help about a GTT tell him to stop wasting his time with Cliosport and get on the RTOC forums. At least he'll get an answer which is helpful there.

Shame, Cliosport could be a good forum, if the people on it could see beyond their 172/182/Cup into other Clios like Lowe said.

I don't own a Renault, but know peeps who do, not sporty ones, but 1.4 16v with ecu/induction etc, all being told their cars aren't fast enough and they aren't welcome on the cliosport forums.

I know, it's a shame. I heard they turned people down at the French Car Show there and then. Irony is, the peeps who got turned down walked 100m to our stand, joined and we managed to squeeze one lad on the stand there and then!

I quite enjoy being on the Cliosport forums..... I've been waiting for people to tell me to sod off cause ive got a Megane... but as yet... I haven't been told to bugger off.... apart from my m8 and cocopops having a giggle
