I did, on Saturday - between us we got 3 new tyres for Lynni's Ka.. 2 fronts and the spare. Thing is, her dad reckoned we coulda used one of the tyres off the front as a spare... they JUST scraped through an MOT I reckon - he had to put the spare on to get it through, but left the knackered one in the spare carrier - and that spare that was on the car had a knacked sidewall..... but it passed.. I reckon they were a bit slack actually, cos it looks like they missed the imminent failure of the rear bushes on the lower arms too....

Spare tyres aren't part of the MOT. One of the many Stupid loopholes in the MOT.

runflats on my folks Z4, must admit, they are crappin it cos if they are out in the car they are gonna have to call the rac for a tow, the classic is, my mum does not know the meaning of travelling light, so even if there was a spare she would prolly tell my dad to take it out to fit the luggage in ROFL.

I want thier car, life sucks LOL
