Are they doing a before and after run?
I think they do a million runs....but of course I'll ask for al the data.
The first thing is a new limiter.....on my Bosch management system its a crystal housed in a "tin shed" (metal removable little case thingy)
That is replaced by one at 10,000 rpm !
Then UNICHIP goes on and the limiter is set with that.....to whatever seems sensible while the rolling road stuff is done.
Then a remap of the timing and fueling at all loads and all revs....this is where I HOPE to gain some here.
This is originally a cat car, with a stndard cam....that is NOW a non cat, big exhaust 270 cammed thingy.,....and so I hope for a tad more....sharpness
