    Passed my driving test!

    Just thought I'd share my glee in passing my driving test this afternoon! I got 6 minors - 5 mirrors (4 in the first 10 minutes, damned nerves lol) and one for hesitation, I knew I'd got the hesitation one tho as soon as I stopped and waited...nevermind!

    So yes, hopefully once I've nagged daddy to death I'll have a car to show off and will be able to chip in and chat in this here forum too!

    lol sorry - round here during footy season ford focus's are the worst for having those disgracefully chavvy england flags wobbling out the back in the wind with little england flags on the number plates etc too

    congratulations, but hold on a second. 6 Minors, 5 of which were for mirrors? correct me if I'm wrong but I thought if you got 3 minors the same that was classed as a Major?

    Edit: I just checked and an 'accumulation' of driving faults does indeed result in a failure

    Oakey - my driving sheet say the following:
    1 minor for mirrors before signalling,
    2 minors for mirrors before change of direction,
    2 minors for mirrors before change of speed (i knew about one straight after id done it *doh*).
    On the back of the sheet it simply says an accumulation of minors results in failure and she told me I was allowed up to 16 minors. She also explained the majority of my mirror minors were in the first 10 minutes where she could see I was clearly nervous .

    Either way, I have legally passed so nerrr lol
