mine was done about a month ago and its a5, what did you get?
This one's an A4 sheet. It's all computer printed unlike the old ones.
Between all the car's I've got a Certificate, an Advisory sheet and a faliure sheet and they're all the same format. Green, Yellow and Red respectively.
Mine failed

The computer printed sheet thing's all part of the new system. The MOT testers are linked to the central database directly now. Means those plate recognition cameras have up to date details.
And you can buy your roadtax online. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Know that feeling. The other car got a nice double sheet of faliuresOriginally Posted by Howard

Off the top of my head.
Inner and outer sills gone on both sides
Box section near exhaust mount's too corroded
Solid brake pipes from hose to caliper corroded.
Handbrake knackered
Rear calipers siezed and binding
oh yes...., the number plate bulb is out.
Took mine monday, straight through again for the second year running . The new MOT's are mad though...no more buying hooky ones for sure...Originally Posted by Konan555

However..... theres nothing to say that a number plate bulb HAS to light up the number plate - Your number plate could be gaffa taped to the rear screen.
Your a naughty chappy mr Rave.... I shall not get wound up by the MOT system...
Just realised the one that failed is a pre-facelift aswell, so it's got two bulbs for the number plate. The plate would be perfectly lit.
But if its there it needs to work properly mate.Originally Posted by Konan555
