i never claimed they were the first, just that they did it fairly early (and volvo of all people - hardly a sports car manufacturer). bimmer hit 100bhp/litre in the early 80s, but i believe the suzuki swift (or whatever that nutty 1l turbo engine was) pipped them by a month or so

I'm still in half a mind to get hold of a Twin Turbo kit.

Proper early 90's refinement in the conversion. Two turbos and a sensor. When the sensor see's boost it opens up a couple of extra injectors and dumps a load of extra fuel down the intake.

I suspect so

the GT35 versino wont be available for about 6 months
but I'll have time to save up for it
