Metro's suck ass... sorry but they do.

And whats wrong with having a similar car to your mate? my best mate has a ford fiesta aswell? Mk3 rather than Mk4 but still, who cares!

Its fun especially if u have the same spec Clio u can see whos the better drive if u get me... not that i'd condone that!

    hi

if its your first car i have one work for you INSURANCE choose your first car carefully and try to get one in the lowest insurance bracket as possible (for the first couple of years anyway then once you have some no claims bonus then get what you want)

    i suggest a Citroen

KA is a great choice. Very easy to drive as its small and it corners well. Good fuel economy, group 1 insurance iirc

I hate to say it but the Ka is a damn fine choice. Small enough to park, cheap enough to insure and big plastic bumpers in case you get friendly with the local multi-story the first few times through.
In addition the mechanicals are a little older in design but built in huge numbers (thinking the 1.3 engine) meaning parts are easy to source and cheap to buy.
And hell it even looks fresh!

    Good luck!

Get a Quiksilver if you can find one that cheap, although i doubt you will (the prices are actually increasing at the moment as they stopped making the 106 and dealers having numerous requests for 2nd hand quikys)

I have one and i love it, having upgraded from a 1.1 punto...pug handles like its on rails

    Lol, woops too late haha
