Car Mods that shouldn't happen.

I can't keep this to myself no longer

Today while parked near the Forth Road Bridge I saw a Peugeot 106 Graduate.

Nothing spectacular in that, but it has alloys...it'd been lowered and the windows were tinted too.
I could see the steering wheel had some sort of red cover to match the paintwork too.

What topped all of this off for me was that it wasn't driven by your usual 17 year old Ned....but some couple who were in there 40s......and when she turned the key to the ignition...I started to laugh as it was a DIESEL !!

I only wish today I'd kept my Digicam in the glove box to get a photo


Can anyone tell me of a worse modification?

I am talking red Cavalier with lots of yellow "add-ons" and yellow interior along with tweeti pie mudflaps and lots of tweetie pie stuff on the inside and outside.....


It goes about Glasgow area and I'm sure there are pics around.

The green thing is a trabant I think.

Funniest Mod I ever saw was on a Mk3 fiesta I tested. It looked like it had a complete roll cage in it until I gripped it to steady myself. The ENTIRE cage was crafted out of carboard tubing!

WANT the green mini. And the Skoda is genius too, if you ask me. The interior is pure class, all the little touches like a Playboy badge....LOL! Like you're going to persuade a bird to climb into that.

I might have to get into modifying crappy cars, purely for the humour value.

The green MOD is a TRABANT not a mini. It is a classic 2stroke porduced in former East Germany. When the wall fell they were making those with a POLO engine, but only for a while.
