If you fit non-legal 100W bulbs for your front main beam lights. Is that a pass or a fail ?

Front main beams are testable - so if they work and produce the correct image, they pass. The MOT is not concerned if they are overly bright.

Anyone want me to start a "ask the MOT tester" type thread?
