Race fuel's normally about 102 - F1 cars use 102 RON

I have no O2 sensors. I have a fuel map and an ignition map which cover the entire range from idle to 8500rpm. I've got some other things to play with, such as limits, launch control, shift light, etc etc, but because there is no O2 present there is no learning enabled.
However, by adding an O2 I would benefit from this (the ECU hardware is more than capable and the B series engines that use the same ECU hardware use O2s and monitor their AFR in this way). You can even run a wideband through the ECU
