Gumball 3000 2006 *Pics and vid*

Went to London yesterday for the start of this year's Gumball 3000. Was a great day out! Got to meet a few people, and the cars were just awesome!

Most of the pics I took were taken in the garage before the start. Got to speak to Carey Hart, Tony Hawk, Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn, and Miguel Escamilla!

We did manage to get an awesome spot on the start line, but when the Gumball started, all these poncy morons with passes decided to stand right in front of us!! So I didn't get any good photos or videos of the start...

Anyways I put together a short video of the garage and a bit of the start.

I was in london with 4hrs spare that day

Didnt know this was on else id have gone down to have a look.

Glad to see the VW Camper is back again, lets hope the engine doesnt overheat again so much this year (its got a porsche engine swapped in btw)

I hope the dude in the polizei car manages to pull other racers over for a laugh too.

That camper with the Porsche engine sounded awesome! I hope they have sorted out their probs too... I did notice there were no air scoops on the side, like they bodged on last year to keep it cool.

That would be Team Polizei, he's in a Bentley this year... 2nd pic down from the top. They were up to tricks even before they left! Before their start, Alex jumped out and put what looked like police tape accross the road behind him. Did you see the vid where they got a police escort to the border?
