Na you have to go to a garage and they do something, cant remember what now

you're under 21 and have taken your full test on a 125cc which means for the first 2 years of riding you're on a restricted A2 licence which means you can ride a bike with a maximum of 33bhp. but because all the 33bhp bikes are boring you'll buy a sports 600 and pay £300 to get a restrictor kit fitted.

I ride, currently got an FZ6 Fazer.. its a great commuter bike, and in my opinion the best of the naked/semi-fared 600's... traded in an Aprilia RSV Factory for it because putting 500 miles a week on a litre super sports bike was destroying it!

Started out on a 99 CBR600.. cracking bike!

I've also done advanced trainig, and am working towards my instructor exam.

My partner is a biker - his current 'love affair' is with his Triumph Daytona 955i, he also has a Kwak 250CDX crosser.

Im hoping to eventually get around to doing my licence before too long, though it costs a fair bit, coz as much as I love going out on the bike with him I dont want to spend the rest of my life being a pillion passenger.......
besides - he's probably getting fed up with me whinging when my helmet marginally misses coach wing mirrors at speed!

lol.. best thing ever! life is to short for pillion!!

my wife rides a VFR800 VTEC.. she passed her test 6 months after me.. she started riding an RS125 for 6 months, got fed up of being left behind so now keeps up with the best of them!

Excellent! Im deffo gonna do it, its just a question of when Ive got the money really.

Will probably do the same as your lady - pop about on a 125 for a bit to get used to it and then get something bigger. My fella reckons an SV650 will suit me.... but we shall see!

I'd love to do my bike test and get a real road bike, but occasionally I ride my brothers KX 250 when he's got it out and it's running okay.
