Car/Bike Insurance Types

As my dad has just renewed his insurance to one I've never heard off I did some research and found another, here's a short list of what I've heard off now:

You should all know these three: (especially for the theory section of driving tests!)
* Third Party Only
* Third Party, Fire and theft
* Fully Comprehensive

New one I've just heard off and am insured under!
* Any drivers (bought for a particular car) and gives any driver OVER 25 fully comprehensive and under (i.e me!) only 3rd party.

Being looked unto by Norwich Union
* Insure as you drive - a GPS system is fitted to your car and your insurance price depends on the actual accurate mileage count that you've done that year.

Now does anyone know if there's any others out there?

Yeah, you can get a policy to insure yourself driving whatever car you like (or any car under a certain capacity/price/power etc.). It's mainly for car dealers although I daresay you don't have to be one.

The any driver policy is also for companies with fleets of vans - or self employed people with a van and a couple of employees. The wording as far as I know (on my uncle's policy) is something like - Any person authorised by the owner or employee of the company. All that changes is the excess for drivers of different ages

The any driver one must be relatively common- otherwise how would driving insturctors operate? In fact my company must insure all the buses they own for anyone under their employment who holds a Class D licence- although in practice, as their excess is £250,000, they pay out on 99% of claims themselves.

My Company lease car has an 'All drivers' policy - even learners can drive it (although the excess goes up to £250 (from £100) for under-21s or learners).

They have specialist trade policies - infact, 'Any Driver' policies (I know only of CIS who offer these at anything less than stratospheric prices and even then, they are expensive) specifically forbid use in connection with the motor trade, use for hire or reward, or use for instruction.
