When the people that aren't talking english outnumber those talking in english 10 to 1, you can safely assume that the vast majority of them are immigrants. The majority of people born in this country, regardless of race and religion talk good english.
Anoyne thats emmigrated here within their lifetime is an immigrant, therefore I stand by my comment.

Stand by it all you want, but if consciously or subconsciously, the first thing you see are people along the lines of race or ethnic origin, as opposed to people who are private buyers / trade buyers, you have some underlying prejudices. You're not related to Jade Goody by any chance are you?
