Corsair HX450 question...

I'm more than sure that it will cope, just trying to be 100% sure.

Intel C2D e6300 @ stock, 65W TDP
Asus P5B mobo
2 SATA HDDs
260 GTX @ stock
4GB RAM
2-3 case fans
DVD drive.

HX has 33A on +12V rail which should be plenty for 260 GTX..

Anyone see any potential problems running above components at 100% load with 450W PSU?
