650D Fan Buzz issue + HX620 Cables required.

    Hi,

I've recently bought a 650D from scan but I must have one of the early batches with the dodgy fans/fan controller. I've read I can get a kit for it but so far rmaservice@corsairmemory.com have not given me any news.

My other problem is with my HX620 psu. Back when I bought it, it was supplied with 2x 6pin PCI-E cables but I need 2x6+2 (preffered) or even 2x8 pin cables for my new gtx480. Again, no news from the above email address.

Please help... I want to use my new upgrades already :S

    Hi Yellowbeard,

Could you please chase down a case # for me. Its been over 24 hours and still no updates.

I wonder if its been forgotten? My case # regarding the 650D buzzing noise has been resolved but not the PSU issue.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately no, I can't access that information. You'll need to contact Customer Service directly.
