Hi, well......I got the replacement part, but I didn't get the cable assembly, instead I got the metal side panel. I guess
they mixed up something or they maybe misunderstood?
What should I do now? I would really appreciate if Corsair could again send me the hot swap harness. Thanks

Sorry about that. Let me get in touch with our customer service and let me find out what went wrong. I'll keep you posted.
They've already responded: "We apologize for that, we will contact our warehouse to issue you the correct component."
