    FYI the SSRP on the controller, PGR3 and xbox live arcade thingy is £30 so costs bout £20 in

    Maybe Hexus should start some sort of... I dunno... "Bargains" forum section, where we could let each other know about various great deals! It wouldn't even have to be limited to PC or console stuff, I guess! (Sorry, I'm just thinking out loud)

    Yeah they were sold out of this in my local store so I got the £299.

    So I got:

    Xbox360 Premium
    Crackdown
    Gears of War
    Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2

    Seems pretty good but I remain a little cheesed off at the £60 for an wireless adaptor. Is there something else on the market?

    Edit: Also I think its amazing and looks great on 37"er! Problem is didn't get to play it much at the weekend because I was too busy doing real world things, look out for a band called Sweet Melanie, they are pretty good! Though with forward planning this weekend is a long weekend, and other than the customary seeing the countryside I will hitting the Xbox360! Well not hitting it...

    play.com are also doing a core deal if you don't have the bills to pay for a premium.

    Core console + memory card + either Fusion Frenzy 2 or Viva Pinata for £195!

    I recommended that one to a friend of mine, cos really, the HDD is great, but for some people they really don't need it. I need the HDD because I download a lot of videos, demos, and XBLA games, whereas he probably won't make as much use of it as I do. If he does need the hard drive, I'm sure there will be a lot coming up on eBay for cheap with the advent of the 120GB HDD.

    The deal i brought form gamestation is premium with gears of war, crackdown and ghost recon advanced war fighter 2 all for just £300 quid saving about £80
