I vote for Yoshi's Island (Mario Advance 3). What's yours?

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Advance Wars or Ninja Five-0
I reckon Advance Wars is probably the best as well.
Although I guess a pokemon game is probably the best seller?
Don't pay too much attention to that ladder, short stuff.
Remember what Shakespeare said - peple r stupids.
Also try Golden Sun, Metroid Fusion & Zero Mission, Mario Vs Donkey Kong, Zelda: Minish Cap, Final Fantasy III (VI), Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, and of course all of the old SNES classics (Mario World, Zelda: Link To The Past, Mario 3, etc).
Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts as well - if you fancy something thats as hard as something really hard.

Thanks - yes, picked up 3 of these over the last few days. More to come...
Golden Sun - if you loved any of the RPGs from the 16bit era, then this is pretty decent - with a compelling story and all in all, a good game that thankfully doesnt require you to give up half your life to complete...
It's very old (think it was a release game) but I have to say the GBA version of bomberman remains one of the sharpest and best versions of that game i've ever seen. Even now few games can rival 4 player bomberman.
I'll single out one of Stewart's picks, Minish Cap is fantastic (if you like that sort of thing) and if you can get your hands on it, get a copy of WarioWare Twisted!
Rhythm Tengoku, just played this recently. Awesome game. Only in Japanese though, some parts are a bit hard to follow but brilliant game none the less.
Advance Wars 2 - black hole rising. It just turned my 8 hour flight into minutes. Sooo addictive.
golden sun was quite good.
another good one was dragon warrior monsters
there was also shining souls II (i think thats what i was called)
which are more or less my top three, i have to say, i despise more or less all the Nintendo internal franchises (mario etc)
