    Army of Two

Anyone else out there per-ordered this? mine was sent yesterday and I'm really hoping it's going to turn up today. A couple of people on my friends list are already playing it and say it's awesome.

So I'm sat here waiting for the postie like a little kid waiting for christmas

    Re: Army of Two

picking mine up tomorrow on my works dinner but on the PS3 - pre-ordered too, it looks like its going to be insanely good but i cant shake the feeling its going to be a shortish game
any who being a superficial geek i just want to spend hours customizing the armor, weps and gear so that will add some game life to it

edit: on a side note, can anyone log onto the GAME.co.uk webpage and tell me if they got the release today or tomorrow, would be cool to get it today (sorry for the cheeky request, i cant check it through web restrictions at work )

I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys think of this. I really wanna get it but I've bought far too many games over the past few weeks to justify getting another.

    Re: Army of Two

I waited for my brother to get home from work before playing to much of it, he pre-ordered a copy as well. We are about half way through mission 5 at the moment and that's only been about 4-5 hours of gaming and am I right in thinking there are only 6 missions? Should finish it today no problem and try it out online. At least with the 360 there are the achievements to do so that should add some life to it.

As for the game it's self, it's way over the top, but then what would you expect from a game where 2 merc's take on full army's The aircraft carrier mission was awesome and the aggro system work's well. Good fun sneaking around the back of the enemy and finishing them off with a stylish headshot while your partner keeps them busy. The co-op snipe feature is nice to.

    Re: Army of Two

Finished it on the hardest setting, which took all of about 6-7 hours gameplay. Need to give the online side a little more time, only had played a few matches so far but I don't think it's going to take over from COD4 for me.

I'll prolly end up screwing the rest of the achievements out of it and then sell it on.
