    firmware update?

Hi all!! I am new to this site so sorry if I am reposting a topic, but I was hoping you could help me... I just bought a sony psp slim and I was hoping to use the skype function... however it is not on it, I am assuming it is because my firmware is 3.72. I was wondering if you could tell me how to update it to 3.90?

Appologies if this is a repost.

    any Thanks for your help!!

    Re: firmware update?

Hi, if you have the wi-fi settings on your PSP up and running, you can update directly on your PSP via "network update" (it will be all the way to the left of the XMB under settings menu, and up the top of the menu) this will automatically download the newest firmware, and update it for you. you can also download the update from the net, and place it on a memory stick and then run it from the game menu, but make sure you download it from a official site, as you don't want to download and run something that may hurt your PSP.
