About LinkBacksThe 80gb version first came out in August 2007 and is NTSC only, it has got backwards compatibilty but only software emulation rather than the Emotion Engine, it has the 4 usb ports with the flash card reader and still seem to be in production.

Its really unfortunate that Sony pulled out the backward compatibility. I really wanted to play the Final Fantasy stuff.
