I've got the Bioshock Theme but with an EndWar background.
Next week I'll have the KillZone 2 theme when I get my copy of it next friday.

PlayTV theme it's icons go with any wallpaper, looking sharp and stylish.

I usually default my background to -1 or -2

I have a nice clouds scape, so the XMB looks like it is floating in the atmosphere.
