Looking for RPGs!

hi,

basically i just got given a nds, unfortunately i am not that familiar with what games are available on this platform. Googling doesn't seem to give me alot of rpg that look of much interest. Any recommendations?

thanks! thats a long list! although some games like elite beats agent wouldn'be what i am looking for. Gonna take a more indepth look later! your personal favourites?

Chrono Trigger is always a winner if you haven't already played that. Zelda:TPH is a bit easy, but fun. Final Fantasy III is very oldschool, but is a classic (and tough!).

chrono trigger! yeah playeed through that many a times! Haven't tried zelda though. Is that like turn based? or like action based game?

There's probably something from the mana series on the NDS, and Secret of mana was great on the SNES, so the NDS version may be great too... (worth a look...)

Just read up on the series, it seems like there are .... alot in the mana series. Are they linked in anyway? I want to start from the beginning but it doesnt seem like all of them are on the nds. (haha i do have alot of time!)

I would recommend Animal Crossing: Wild World, no matter what genre interests you. Very cool game!

Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass I loved!

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates
Dragon Quest: Chapters of the Chosen

I've enjoyed these three a lot, I have FFIII also, but tbh, it's not that great. There is no story (other than get the crystal and save the world), and it ends up being a mega grind fest.

I have to agree with the FF recomendations there not as good as the ones on a non portable console btu hey what'd you expect? lol

If you have played Tales of Symphonia on the GCN, then Tales of Symphonia 2: Dawn of the new age is a great game
