Yep, game gets patched on Tuesday with some new menus and stuff, and then Fury comes out on Thursday. Not sure I can afford it just now though.

Well i bought it and it's brilliant...except that it completely crashes my PS3 when browsing online games.
Anyone else having this problem?
edit: another patch was released today and it seems to have fixed it

Probably the best two gaming purchases i've made in many a year..11.99 for HD and 7.99 for Fury..can't afford that Demon Souls game yet though..

Is it just me... i personally think Wipeout is an over hyped game.
i purchased it on the psn network and have only played it twice. Graphics are not that great!

With metacritic scores of 87 for HD and 89 for the HD expansion then yes it probably is just you

But seriously bad graphics? are you playing it on a non hd screen? On a large tv in 1080p screaming along the track in 60fps goodness is how it must be played/seen

I have a 42" 1080P plasma tv and would say the graphics are very smooth because of the 60fps. I think a game like Race driver Grid has better graphics.

I enjoy it for it's playability..graphics are just the icing on the cake.
