Thumbs down Rogue Warrior what a pile of Censored!

First of all this is my personal view of the game, it is not a review so do not read into this as one. It is though my personal

If there was an award for the worse game engine this would win hands down. What a disappointment, all the hype up to the game… The website portrayed the game as being one of the best for 2009; until I purchased the game I had high hopes for the game. The teaser trailer was impressive and got me very interested. I was looking forwards to playing the game and was given this as a gift.

When I first launched the game and seen the larger than life character standing to the right of the screen I thought… that’s impressive. Well it’s not until you actually launch the game you realise how... how I can put this without insulting the developers.

    …!

No really, this has to be one of the worst game engines I have ever seen, the game is full of bugs, the shuddering is so annoying I had to turn the game off because it was giving me a headache. Here we go again another game with a fancy teaser trailer and game. It is certainly not worth the £29.99 price tag.

I cannot believe this is at the top of the games leader board because it does not deserve to be at N#1 absolutely dreadful game the characters within the game are wooden, here is an example. If you shot somebody with one of the most powerful rifles in the world, the AK47 you would be dead, not wobbling from side to side as though you have been shot with rubber bullets.

My personal rating and believe me I struggled to even give it a rating at all.

    A very poor 5%

Re: Rogue Warrior what a pile of Censored!

what exactly is the problem with the game? the game "judders"?
(i'm assuming you were running this on the PC in your "my system" here)
have you tried downloading the latest drivers? or maybe tried googling the problem? there may be other people out there who thought the same but found a nice little patch or something that made it all better

Thing is, given that it's been posted in this forum it should be a 360 game... in which case there's no excuse :/

Um actually they are old specs I just havn't updated them, I upgraded to an i7 last week and this is the only game which is dreadful. And it has nothingto do with the xbox 360, considering the xbox is a games console and not a PC? I am relating to the PC version.

All the drivers are up to date it judders like crazy as though it's moving frame by frame, like a time laps video. GFX cards are two 5870 Crossfire together and every single game is perfect apart from this one. I would like to point out I thought it was just me but I found other people on the net with similar issues with the game. every single game runs like a dream apart from this one. The spec of my machine is high enough, the CPU is overclcoked to 3.2GHz.

I have updated my System Spec

Oh right, you're posting in the wrong forum then.

At the top of the page you'll see it says

    "Microsoft Gaming"

"Here's the place where you can discuss and catch up on the latest news for everything to do with Microsoft's Xbox and Xbox 360."

That's why I assumed you were talking about the 360

This was a good review. The amount of swear is hilarious. I'd recommend skipping to around halfway through just to hear the audio compilation.
