    rogue image identification

I'm looking starting a service that allows people to upload images into my system.

unfortunately I don't want them to upload numerous rogue images that have nothing to do with the service I'm offering them. By rogue I'm talking tubgirl/goatse style images.

Obviously I could just block jpgs from the site (the site only needs technical drawings) but if there was some kind of trick someone knows of I'd appreciate implimenting that instead.

Administer what gets uploaded? If it's low-volume have the service shoot off an email to you giving the URL of a 'holding' page?

To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.

Let the community do the work. When someone uploads a file, once they've submitted it ask them to indicate whether a previous person's image is legitimate, appropriate, etc. Would be just a simple yes/no radio button and a button press. Once an image has x number of "yes" answers it becomes published. This all depends on the volume of traffic you get right enough, too few and an image will remain unpublished for a long time so you may want some admin views to trap for that.
