Hmm no, its not. He was more than likely charged as he went via Mail Box, you have to pay for there server (?).

If UPS collect, there is NO fee to the sender of the item, I have had to do this twice and never one been charged to return a console.

ok chill dude,it must of been how my mate did it too,they didnt even give him a box to send it back in,he had to provide it

My console was 'replaced'. I don't know if this means it's new or a refurbishment and to be honest I don't care, I'm just happy it works again.
