    DeviantArt T&C...BBC-like?

Just reading the t&c for deviantArt, and they seem scarily like the BBC photo competition ones....as in 'we own you, your family, their friends, and any pictures they take. In all perpetuity'...

Anyone got any experience or reservations with the DA site, or is it just standard bumpf?

I know what you mean about the BBC T&C's and even the way they run forums is bordering on tyranny

I'm fairly new to dA in terms of actually uploading work, but you've prompted me to look into it now aswell.

I was reading in Amature Photographer the other week that the BBC have changed their T's&C's. I don't have the article any more, but their intension apparently wasn't to take ownership of your work, but that was how it sounded. I think things are clearer now.

I'll see if the copy is still at the house when i go back up to Shetland on Monday.
