You'll be greatly missed....
I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.
Yet another ledgendary man gone
We seem to have lost so many over the last couple of years

Shame truely was a legend.
damn, didn't realise he was that old.
he'll be missed.
One of the greatest actors IMHO
Will miss him greatly
We shall never forget him!
"I could have been a contender"
you were mate....not only were you a contender....you were a superstar.
Marlon refused his second Oscar...it didn't interest him. The ultimate "method" actor, where he lived his part, and tried to act his life experiences.
Quite quite sad
RIP ..you were da boss

If it ain't broke, fetch a bigger hammer
Will be missed by all.
A real loss to the world of cinema, probably one of the greatest mafia actors of all time. Some of the quotes given by actors who have worked with him show the ammount fo respect they all had for Marlon:
Robert Duvall's - "His memory will live forever"
Al Pacino - "What will we do without Marlon in this world?"
Bernardo Bertolucci - "For lovers of cinema he was perhaps the only true legend who'd ever lived"
