Yea I saw it, it was cool. Looks like there will be lots of lightsaber fights.

Looks fantastic, I have not seen the past two star wars films. I think I might wait till all 6 of them are released in a box set and get that.
There was a massive page that appeared a few weeks ago with the entire plot outline of the film in screen grab format. It looks very impressive. Lucas has also commented on how the film will probably come out as a 12A, so with a bit of luck there will be some awesome fighting, he has one last chance to redeem himself!
That trailer did look pretty damn cool. Then again the trailers for the fer the previous prequels were good, lets hope Lucas sorts it out this time. I luved the bit when Mace and the other jedi came to arrest palpatine and him saying "r u threatening me master jedi". I just wish that Sam replied with "YES I AM MOTHERF....R". Oh well I Can only dream
My manager at work was going on about this new Episode 3 trailer the other day in work and i seriously think that is the only trailer that has actually sent a chill down my spine at the end of watching it. Can't wait!
www.avforums.com have been hosting a divX of the new trailer for a week or more. Looks quite good, but then the others did too in the trailers. I don't think episodes I and II were are bad as people made out, but Jar Jar binks did ruin them for me and the over use of CGI will make it hard to watch the original 3 straight after. But people must have been mad to have thought they would even come close anyway. We are forgeting what utter masterpeices of cinima the original ones where, especially for when they were made. Even now I find it mind blowing that TESB was 1980.
However, i watched the new digitally remasterd (how many remasterings have been done now?) Star Wars again the other night with my girlfriend. I can't believe how good it looks, but it could have been a little better. If they were unknown actors and a few of the still obvious fake model explotions where redone, you could honestly believe they were new films.
I have also noticed they have added some CGI aliens to the original films - i guess to make the transition between episode III and IV more believable.
I know Star Wars purists would hang me for saying this, but i would love to see completely redone versions of the original, with all the SFX/explosions etc redone (most of the models are still looking pretty good, just need touching up).
