    That's true I guess, and I guess I'm one of the few to shell out the bucks for a fully SACD compliant setup lol... They do sound pretty darn amazing though!

    There is also an aspect that I didn't think of before. DVDs will remain to be cheaper and just get cheaper while HD-DVDs and Blu-Ray discs would cost more (?)...if so, this would result in more people sticking to DVDs and adapting the newer media if they feel the price difference is justified...specially if the same content is released on all formats.
