Christmas present Compact Digi Cam ~£150-200

    Hey all,

Knowing absolutely nothing about digital cameras but knowing infinitely more about tech than the parents i have been charged with finding a digital camera for my brother this Christmas. They are looking at spending about £150 to £200 and want it to be the best they can afford.

They went into jessops and asked for advice and they basically got pushed the 10megapixel ones but i get the feeling a lower meagpixel would be more than satisfactory with higher feature set.

    Basic requirements are:
    Price £150~£200
    Cheapish memory
    Looks good.

    Any recommendations?

Thanks for the comments in advance.

Fuji Finepix F30 is worth a look. I have an F10 and it is great for a compact, especially in low light. The F30 basically takes the F10 and improves it a lot.
