    Question Photoshop CS2 & Elements!!!

    Hello,

I have recently started getting out and about now that the weather is picking up and am looking for some software to edit my images.

I know that photoshop CS2 is the best programme around and is basically industry standard but a lot of people have been recommending adobe elements while iam a mac user the mac version is currently one version behind the windows version i was wondering if elements was a good starting point for photo editing rather than shelling out £550 for a industry standard programme.

    Thanks
    Drobbins

Elements ver 5 is out, but a quick look on google and saw a link for a free trial for ver 4......Not sure if Adobe offer free trials.

Make sure you give the Elements demo a go before you buy anything. It does pretty much everything you will ever need to do with a digital image.
