If so, then why were the brackets available in the USA three days ago in H50 retail packs

I would think that when a company have advertised on their website that a product would indeed support another product interface, then they would help out people that have bought said product on this basis in the first instance that have paid their hard earned cash for a product that is not compatible,
I have sent an e-mail as requested on the previous page to Ram Guy as this is the only solution at the moment and I have only seen the above website (your forums) today and seen the posts
Please, an answer to this would be appreciated as I cannot answer for others, I have had no confirmation e-mail in return to tell me that the bracket has been shipped
I would suspect that we will be told that we have to wait for confirmation until 12th October, an answer like that would not much of a consolation

Even Scan have them in stock now! I could of had the bracket tomorrow if i had ordered from Scan. Wish i had not bothered to get the old H50. I know there shipping the brackets now to those who emailed in but it just shows where there priorities are.

I sent my e-mail to Ram Guy on October 2nd and still no word 11 days on,
I have owned my H50 for longer than 28 days and would incur a re-stocking fee as there is no mechanical fault with it, why should I have to lose money for someone else's mistake

It is 8.20pm and no e-mail for 2 days after the date YOU GUYS said would be D-Day, come on, I wonder how long it took for the retail packs to be sent out to suppliers,
Its just another large company looking after sales before after-sales,

I say that I have read your site as an update at least 2 hours after I posted my comments and at least 2 days and 2 hours since we were told that these would be ready,
Now on the website it says that it will take 3 days to go through the e-mails, I sent my e-mail on 2nd October, I reckon that is around 11 days ago
Can I quote Ram Guy, "You can expect to get a confirmation email before the end of the week if your bracket is being shipped."
That says. "if your bracket is being shipped."
So, now we have to wait until the end of the week to find out if the bracket is being shipped if at all

"IF" is the wrong word. "WHEN" is correct. We have the brackets and orders are being processed as we speak. This process started when we said it would on the 12th but it is not instant. Just because we did not put out an instant notification, this does not mean we were not processing the orders.
It is not me whom has put the statement together, I was just quoting one of the people from the company you work for and your companys own forums,
I still stand by my comments and there is still no real timeframe other than "at least 3 days",
I don't mind waiting, a few days to a week but, you have to admit, all this has really gone pear shaped
This entire situation is a string of errors that lead to us not being able to BEGIN shipping the brackets until October 12, 2009. We did that. When we ship yours, you'll get a notification. We admitted our errors, apologized repeatedly, and now we are shipping the brackets.
I received two e-mails stating that my request is being processed, this was in the early hours of Wednesday morning, around 5.00pm Tuesday (your time)
What is the request processed to shipping timeframe for these ?
Since they are in stock, it should ship the same business day.
The e-mail informs that I should receive another e-mail when the bracket ships,
I have not received that e-mail yet, should I be concerned that my bracket has not left your facility ?
No. The email may be delayed but the brackets are shipping out.

I can only imagine how frustrating it is sitting there with an H50 staring at you with no bracket. We understand what a bad situation this is and apologize again. We'll get them to you ASAP and we appreciate your patience and your patronage.
Any ideas as to what the hold-up is?
I see people from europe getting their deliveries ( posting on your forums ) and with the postal strike looming,
I fear the worst for the installation of my H50 and probably getting quite frustrated again with the lack of communication
