Hi,
I received my H105 today and one of the stand-off threads has sheared off whilst tightening the thumb screw (with fingers).
Is it possible to get a replacement stand-off and thumb screw?
Thanks

Hey Chris, sorry to hear that. Was that a newly purchased cooler? or a replacement?
You can always submit a request at Corsair.force.com and state the part that you need. I'm pretty sure we'll accommodate that request for you.
Thanks. It was a new cooler purchased from Scan yesterday. I was tightening the last thumb screw after working in a cross pattern and the stand-off snapped leaving the thread in the screw. I was surprised as I was only using my fingers not a screwdriver. I guess I must have over-tightened the opposite side which put too much tension on the last screw.
Wasn't a good day yesterday, I was moving my PC into a 750D and I have this this issue plus the PCI x16 slot stopped working and Windows wouldn't boot. Hopefully today will go better.
Just signing up to force.com now. Thanks.
Ah I see, no worries, those things happens a lot.
Well as soon that get that ticket #, post it here so I can push it though the queue.
Ticket # 6442348
Thanks for your help with this.
No problem Chris. Got that approved and booked. You'll get a message from our customer service with the tracking # once the kit is shipped. Thanks

Thank you. Your help is much appreciated
Edit (24/03/14): Received tracking info today. Also received a RMA label as if I'm supposed to be returning something. I guess that's an automated email from the RMA system and can be ignored.

Glad to hear that Chris If you need anything else, just let me know.
Nice build btw, pretty clean
I'm not one to want to high-jack a thread, but i have also experienced EXACTLY the same problem with my H105 install! Although it is sort of comforting to know i'm not the only one
My ticket number is 6449690. Any chance of a push through the queue? i'd of course be happy to take a photo of my build if required
That shouldn't be a problem. Is it for an Intel or AMD board?
