    Warrenty woes

In general I think Corsairs warranty is a very good thing. Unless you live outside of the US.

I had a piece of 400 DDR Duel channel memory stop working in an AMD machine.
I contacted the tech team at Corsair who gave me an RMA. I then discovered that the only office they have is in the U.S. and all postage was to be at my cost.
I returned the memory which I have to admit was turned around within two weeks.
however when the memory turned up it didn't work (same problem as it went in with).
I contacted Corsair again who very kindly said they would send me more out that day before I sent the faulty replacement back.
The problem I have now is that it costs so much money to send it back to the States that it would have been cheaper to just buy new memory.
Has anybody else had this problem, and is Corsair ever going to offer an outlet in the UK?

i sent my ram back recorded signed for international with added £200 insurance was under £10

must admit they have been fantastic
sent them some 1 gig of xms pro 3200 ddr
they sent out a replacement of 2 gigs of much better ram even though they havent even recieved
my faulty ram and the firs replacements were sent to ukraine by mistake

so i am the proud owner of
    TWIN X 2048- 3200 C 2 G (v3.1 400mhz)

Thank you for your feedback. We do make mistakes but, we try to make up for it when we do.

Hmm the Post Office charged me nearly £19 about $40 each time.
I will have to check that.
