    RMA Problems

    Hi lads,

    I've got a 2GB DDR2 set of Corsair RAM (2 modules of CM2X1024-5400C4) which I bought from ebuyer back in 2007. Unfortunately one of these sticks is now faulty and causes the whole system not to boot. I've tried other RAM which worked fine, and I've tried this kit in another system which caused the same problem.

    Now I raised a support request last week (Case #2075912) but it's been 7 days since I've had a response despite sending a few messages. Is it possible you could have a look and speed things along for me please?

    I'll contact customer service and ask them to look at your case. Also, if you have 1, check your junk email box or spam filter.

    Just like to say thanks Yellowbeard, customer service contacted me a couple of days ago with an RMA number.
