Hi,
I have a couple of questions on an RMA in progress and an RMA that I'm going to have to make.
1. RMA number 224347. This was started on the 26th May; it's for a Gigabyte Motherboard. I was told it could be (and most likely would be) 3 weeks for the RMA to go off and come back. It has now been 4 weeks. Looking around the internet it appears that Gigabyte RMA is rubbish and generally takes 4 weeks. So I'm not moaning why isn't it here yet, I'd just like an update to say it's being repaired/replaced we expect to have it back with you in such a length of time.
2. The above motherboard actually failed back in February and at the time I needed a working computer and as the guy at the returns desk wasn't sounding so optimistic about Gigabyte returns, I bought an Asus P5Q Pro Turbo. (As per dates I didn't RMA the GB MB till a later date as I didn't think I'd need it). Since the 26th May, this board has now become unstable when doing anything other than browsing the web, with BSoDs, crashing and Stuttering. I'm not having much luck with motherboards it seems. My question is, if I bring the Asus board in as it's only 4 months old will be swapped out there and then as you do with corsair products or will it need to be sent off for 4 weeks like the Gigabyte board?
Thank you.
