I am wondering if the Corsair XMS2 and XMS2 DHX are using the same RAM just in different cooling methords?
Or the XMS2 DHX is much better than the standard XMS2?

The DHX have better cooling due to the specialised fins on the top of it as well as the other technology corsair have used so that the heat generated by the memory modules is removed from them quicker. This results in a more stable operation as we all know that heat kills PC's just like Kryptonite hurts Superman

yup as Lee says, the DHX just has huge cooling fins (which can get in the way of some coolers)
Sorry if i have made you confused, I was actually trying to say that I have bought a pair of Corsair XMS2 and a pair of XILENCE Duo Heatpipe RAM Cooler, together would it be better than a pair of XMS2 DHX with the cooling fins?

the DHX RAM and the normal XMS2 are the same RAM underneath, they just have different clothes
you won't see any different between the two apart from the DHX RAM being cooler.
so with your other heatsinks they will run a bit cooler and may allow even better OCing potential.
edit: aah, you've sorted the links now

I was trying to link the image and display it here, do you know how to do it?
wrap it in img tags like '[img*]urlofimghere[/img*]' remove the stars
so it will look like: [img*]http://scan.co.uk/Images/Products/402849-a.jpg[/img*] minus the stars
and [img*]http://scan.co.uk/Images/Products/585722-a.jpg[/img*]
big note for SCAN, change the image on HERE it is watermarked from NCIX.com......
